I BUILD HYBRID PIPELINE SYSTEMS FOR STUDIOS

Executive Function
Visual direction that is clear, scalable, and shippable
-
Define visual strategy aligned to narrative, gameplay, & brand
-
Establish style systems and visual rulesets
-
Align art, design, engineering, and production early
-
Reduce iteration risk through early validation
-
Ensure visual intent survives full production
AI Production System
AI is embedded as a first-class system in visual development.
-
Vision boards and art boards generated in-house
-
Concept art used to define tone, world logic, and emotion
-
Style frameworks that persist across assets and teams
-
High-frequency iteration for fast decision-making
-
Review-ready outputs for leadership and greenlight moments
Prompting Visual Direction
Prompting functions as a repeatable control layer for visual systems.
-
Prompts encode style, tone, narrative context, and emoton
-
Prompt sets are refined and reused to maintain consistency
-
Visual outputs are evaluated against defined style constraints
-
Paint-overs and manual refinement reinforce direction

IMAGE → 3D ASSET
I use image-to-3D as part of my art direction process to turn visual ideas into production-ready 3D assets. I generate and iterate on form, proportion, materials, and surface detail to establish clear direction before assets move deeper into production.
From there, I take these assets through an additional pipeline to prepare them for Unreal Engine or Maya with Arnold, combining AI-assisted generation with traditional entertainment workflows. Assets are cleaned up, structured, and refined so they’re usable for animation, materials, lighting, and performance in real game and film pipelines.
I create these assets specifically to support projects in development—shortening the gap between concept and execution while keeping the original creative intent intact across games, film, and advertising.

IMAGE → VIDEO
I use image-to-video as part of my art direction and content creation process to explore motion, camera language, and cinematic intent early. I generate and iterate on shots to understand timing, performance, and emotional pacing. These sequences give teams and collaborators clear visual references for direction and tone, and I also use them directly to create finished content.

3D MODEL →
ANIMATION PIPELINE
I take 3D models through a production pipeline designed to prepare them for animation across game and film workflows. Assets are evaluated and refined for topology, structure, deformation, and performance so they are animation-ready and stable inside real production environments.
This process ensures models move cleanly through rigging, animation, lighting, and rendering while preserving the original visual intent. The goal is predictable behavior in-engine or in DCC tools, reduced downstream fixes, and smoother collaboration between art, animation, and technical teams.

Engineering & Technical Pipeline Partnerships
I work directly with engineering and technical art teams to design and evolve production pipelines for games and film. These are hands-on, ongoing partnerships focused on tooling, performance, scalability, and iteration speed. I collaborate to integrate AI tools into existing workflows, define technical boundaries, and ensure creative direction translates cleanly into production-ready assets.
Key Focus Areas
-
Direct collab with engineering and technical art leadership
-
AI tool integration within existing pipelines
-
Definition of technical constraints and validation steps
-
Smooth handoff from concept to runtime systems
-
Preservation of visual intent through full production

REALISM
Film • Photography • Games • Interior Design
Realistic visual direction is about creating images and spaces that feel physically believable and emotionally grounded.
I focus on real-world materials, accurate lighting behavior, scale, and human presence so visuals feel tangible—
Whether they exist on a film set, in a photographic environment, inside a game engine, or within an interior space.
AI is used to explore how light interacts with surfaces, how materials age and respond, and how spaces feel when inhabited. Even when the subject is surreal or fantastical, the realism is anchored in physical logic, allowing audiences to believe in the world being presented.

STYLIZED
Animation • Games • Film • Advertising
Stylized visual direction is about designed expression. I use stylization to create clear visual identities through shape language, color, proportion, and intentional abstraction. This approach is used in animation, games, film, and advertising where readability, personality, and emotional impact need to register immediately.
AI supports rapid exploration of distinct looks while preserving consistency across characters, environments, and moments. Each style is defined as a system—with clear visual rule
This pipeline ensures teams can execute confidently and maintain cohesion as projects scale across platforms and formats.

EVENTS &
EXPERIENTIAL DESIGN
I use AI to define the visual direction of events, festivals, and live experiences. This includes branding, environmental design, set concepts, and mood development that communicate what the event feels like before it happens. AI enables rapid creation of mood boards and art boards that align stakeholders around tone, story, and atmosphere—covering everything from lighting and staging to graphics, programming, and flow.
This approach allows event teams to visualize the full experience early, make faster decisions, and deliver cohesive, story-driven environments that resonate with audiences the moment they arrive.
