Studio Creative Art Director
A pipeline architect and visionary for Netvrk Studio. Planning, creating pitches, kickstarting discussions and product strategy of future planning and big picture vision for stakeholders, founders, and leads while communicating the creative art direction of the studio to internal and external outsource teams. Submitting and combing backlog with producers in Jira, technical art documentation in Confluence, Studio Art Department Architecture : game folder structure, asset organization, production naming conventions, Creative Direction : aiding in level design planning and layout with game designer, story development, art direction boards, call out sheets, and scheduling for upcoming releases, taking initiative to kickstart new IP ideas to monetize and build community for the platform.
Created catalogs of research in Fine Art, Fashion, Music and Entertainment for reference and contacts for higher end partnerships for marketing teams. Facilitating the development of dream lists with founders of future brands. Prepared investment decks. Creating marketing roadmaps with internal and external teams. Managed and balanced collaboration of 31 team members weekly while maintaining collaboration and team management across blockchain, and engineering departments, as well as founder requests from shareholders. Planning with executive producers and QA for roadmap rollouts across departments. Talent Scout, interviewing, and aid in hiring key members of the art department.
Created and sustained the visual direction for the studio as a whole across UI/UX, Characters, Fashion, Animation, Vehicles, Props, Foliage, Architecture, Characters, Branding, FX, Blockchain Marketplace, Marketing departments. Additionally aided the character, props, and vehicles team as an Art Lead and Producer through production cycles.
